Lovely home, beautiful views. All bills included.

A spacious double room, with a separate bathroom, available in my home. All windows are south facing with beautiful views in a very peaceful village just outside Dundee towards Perth.
All bills are included with amenities as you would expect: broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
I have cleaners and like the house to be clean and tidy.
The house is located down a private road, there’s parking at the house, there’s garage space if you were to require it for a bike etc. The living room is not a shared space.
The house is within on call time to Ninewells and there’s a bus service to Dundee and Perth.
A Monday to Friday let would be preferable.
