Room with large mirrored wardrobe, access to a large kitchen with washer and dryer, and large bathroom with an electric shower and bath. Large living room with small balcony. Parking and recycling facilities included.
Bills are included but a referencing procedure will be followed at the request of the Landlord.
I am a 22 yo professional living in a large flat 10 min. Walk from the city center, looking for either a student or a young professional. I work mostly mid day to late night shifts so I won't be in the house a lot, giving whomever plenty of privacy and/study time. In my free time I like to cook and bake and go on long hikes.
