We are a couple Her (Swiss-Austrian) and Him (Scottish) healthcare students, living in a beautiful flat, with a balcony overlooking the river tay, who are looking for a new flatmate!
The flat is modern, with open floor planning, has a balcony, is flooded with light and ideal location to bus station (10 min walk) train station (15 min walk) and city centre (15 min walk). The area is quiet, residential and safe (with an access code to the building).
There is an elevator in the building and a recycling station, parking is also available to the flat.
Your room:
Double bedroom, with storage area and desk, bright space (with window). You have your own spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
About Us:
Annabelle- I am 26 years old, pursuing graduate entry medicine at the University of Aberdeen (entering my second year) and am part-time healthcare assistant. I am an easygoing, bubbly person, who also needs time to recharge and values their alone time. I love nature, animals, hiking, reading, gardening, dancing, sports activities, culture, theatre, museums, traveling and enjoy movie/ wine nights.
Dylan- I am a 23 year old, studying Mental Health Nursing at the University of Stirling and am a part-time healthcare assistant. I enjoy football, gaming, being outdoors (hiking, photography), any forms of sports activities, traveling, sight-seeing/ culture, museums, animals, spending time with family. I have dark humor and am sarcastic by nature. I do very much need my alone time and am the 'less' sociable one in comparison to Annabelle however, I enjoy a good laugh.
- As you can see, we both study in different cities (Dylan commutes and I stay in Aberdeen a couple days during the week). The flat is therefore often empty during the day - where you can find your own peace and quite.
About you:
We are excited to meet you! We are very open minded, respectful and love meeting new people. We 100% value our private lives and are very respectful towards yours. The only „condition“ I have is that you love animals (we have two cats), where previous cat experience is a MUST. You also MUST be tidy/ clean (reference requested).
Bills are not included in rent price (are about 80 pounds per month, per person, with an additional 10 pounds for wifi).
