Spacious Bedroom in West End

The spacious three bedroom flat is situated on the third floor and benefits from great views of West End and River Tay. The bedroom has large windows facing West. The flat has a spacious and cosy communal area. The kitchen is fully furnished, all white goods included.

The room is spacious, has a double bed.

The bills and council tax are not included in the rent.

We are looking for a student flatmate who would be willing to look after the flat and be respectful of privacy. The room will be available until February 2023.

Commuting is easy (right next to the bus stops for 28, 29, 17, 73), and both universities are 15 min walk away. The area itself is quiet, both Magdalen Green and Balgay Park are only a few minutes away.

Current tenants include an academic/professional and an arts student.
