Looking for a roommate at 30 meters from Abertay

The house in on the Side of Abertay Uni, entrance to Irvine square from Bell Street and access by car from Soapwork lane. There is a garage but the ceiling too low for my car. The house has got two rooms, one toilet with shower and a big kitchen/living room. For Council tax student discount we must apply to the Council.
