Dbl room with own bathroom (female wanted)

Hi

We have a lovely spare double room with private bathroom for let. It's on the top floor of our spacious three -story family townhouse, cosy and fully furnished. The sharing area is the dining kitchen, utility room and garden. Free parking spaces are available in the front of the house. The Living room is for my family only. We usually dine in our living room. Each room in the house is lockable. The house is always cosy with gas central heating, and double glazing windows.

The house is situated only 15-20 minute walk to the city centre/both universities and 30 minutes walk to Ninewells Hospital. Bus stops to the city centre and Ninewells Hospital are right outside.
No smoking, no pets and no overnight visitors. The deposit is one month of rent. The monthly rent includes all bills ( speedy Internet, TV licence, gas, electricity and council tax).
Lodger will have her own cupboard spaces and own fridge freezer in the kitchen. Bedding and kitchen stuff are provided.

We have two friendly cats. We tend to keep to ourselves but are all easy-going and I am always around if you need anything.
