This let is suited for those who wish to live in luxury, in a stylish and modern brand new build property, in a nice quiet area surrounded by nature and connected to the kingsway motorway giving easy access to all amenities (DD3).
Looking to rent out 1 of the bedrooms for now. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with underbed storage, bedside drawers, a dressing table, chest of drawers and a fitted full length double mirrored wardrobe.

You would have access to your own separate private bathroom right next to the bedroom.

If you have a car there is space for parking on the driveway. There is also bus routes close by, Asda and a library in walking distance.
I work night shifts and sleep during the day. You may feel like you live alone at times! Therefore I require someone who makes minimal noise as I am a very light sleeper.
Also you must have a HIGH standard of cleanliness.

I am looking for a professional female who either eats vegetarian /pescatarian/halal and does not consume alcohol.
If you smoke this must be outside and not indoors.
The garage is equiped with some gym equipment that you're welcome to use- treadmill, cross trainer, bike, bench press, kettle bells and some free weights.
There is a spacious back garden with new garden furniture in which you can enjoy.

Unfortunately I do not have room for much kitchen items as the kitchen is quite small but a couple of things are fine.

The cost of bills, wifi, Netflix etc are included in the monthly rent.

Professional Female preferred, free parking space, no smoking/drinking/non halal meat(pig meat), no pets.

High level of cleanliness/hygiene.
I do have 24/7 CCTV

Unfortunately no pets as I already have 2 indoor cats

Dundee university and Abertay is 30 minutes via bus if you do not drive.
