Double bedroom

I have a double bedroom to let in a spacious (73 sq meters), warm and bright, recently renovated flat. I’m a stay-in landlord and the only occupant.

The room is about 13 sq meters, fitted with a double bed, bedside cabinet, cupboard, chest of drawers, desk and an office chair.

I clean the flat weekly and care to keep it neat and tidy, so I expect a potential flatmate to share a part of housework.

Kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, pots, dishes, microwave, etc.), so there is no need for you to bring your own. All white goods for the bedroom can also be provided if you need them.

The flat is located in Stobswell area, 25 mins walk to the city centre and right next to the bus stops and Lidl. There are also two convenience stores on the ground floor, pharmacy and the post office. Free parking spaces are available on the street, as well as a free council car park 100m away.

All bills are included.

I have two small dogs (Bedlington Terriers), who won’t have access to your room. They are non-shedding, but unfortunately not suitable for people with allergy.
