Cosy, colourful Room in Family Home

I have a clean, comfortable room available for a tenant (student or professional) who is relaxed and friendly but not a party animal. Please note that the bed is antique and shorter than the average bed so someone under 5'8" will be happier. It does have a new, very comfortable mattress.
Must be happy to take care of the cat occasionaly.
I am a 50 something, self employed woman and one of my 5 sons lives here with his partner.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared use.
We have varied daily routines so there is usually someone around the house. There is an extensive garden which is currently underused so you are welcome to make use of space if you'd like to grow any veggies. There are numerous fruit trees already.
Our home is in a large, private garden up the Law, near Dudhope park. Very conveniently situated for Abertay University. 10 mins. Dundee University 20 mins, Ninewells 10 min drive or a short walk to direct bus
