The old Exchange is a large House in a quiet part of Dundee close to main bus routes and supermarkets. Walking distance to the City Center is around 1 mile taking 15min. At the moment there are 7 residents all of whom are professionals working and studying in the Dundee area. The property is relatively quiet given the nature of the occupants. Every room has its own private en-suite shower room with each occupant having their own Fridge/Freezer and separate food storage facility. There are 2 separate lounges 3 kitchens and 2 utility areas within the property. All bills are included being Gas Electricity Council Tax TV license. High speed WiFi is freely available throughout the property.

Due to my responsibility to the existing occupants of The Old Exchange and my duty of care I will be asking applicants for 2 suitable references. One form a former or existing Landlord and a character reference from someone of good standing.
