All furniture, crockery, utensils and pots and pans etc are provided. As is high speed internet.
Tenants have to pay only for electricity. This is in the form of a pay as you go meter which can be topped up in local shops. Tenants share this between them.
There are currently 2 lovely female students in the other rooms.
I am looking for someone to fit with the current flatmates. They are very busy with their studies and require peace and quiet to study so this would suit someone of this ilk. It is absolutely not a party flat.
References and guarantor required. International students may have to pay 6 months in advance if this is not possible.
