Tenants have to pay only for electricity. This is in the form of a pay as you go meter which can be topped up in local shops. Tenants share this between them.
There are currently 2 lovely female students in the other rooms.
I am looking for someone (tidy/clean) to fit with the current flatmates. They are very busy with their studies and enjoy quiet time to study so this would suit someone of this ilk. It is not a party flat.
