Double Room for Let

I am looking for a flatmate for my spare room in my 3 bedroom flat where I currently live alone. I am a part time student studying my masters in Glasgow and working part time in Dundee so I am fairly busy and rarely around so it makes sense to let my spare room.

The double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Shared kitchen and all cooking appliances and crockery. Shared living area with dining table, sofas and 50’ smart tv. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. There is a communal drying area at the rear of the building and a secure door entry system.
There is free on street parking, the flat is a 10 minute walk from city centre and a local bus stop on the opposite street. All bills and council tax is included. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
