The house is a modern 5 bedroom rural property with a large garden and countryside views. There is no nearby public transport and a car is therefore required. There is plenty of parking available.

The house is 10 years old and has double glazing throughout. It has oil central heating and solar panels for electricity (EPC rating B).

We are a family of 3 with a 3 year old child. We also have 2 cats.
