Two double bedrooms in furnished West End Flat

I have a spacious double bed room and a cosy small double room available. I am going into my fourth year at Dundee uni, and am looking for two nice, easy going flatmates.

The flat was refurbished 2 years ago so there is a new kitchen, including an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a shared toilet and bathroom (which are two different rooms). It's a kitchen/living room so there's also a sofa, table and chairs and a TV.

The large room has an amazing view of the Tay, and there is a seat that doubles up as storage connected to the window. There is a double bed that opens for storage, a wardrobe and potentially a desk (if my current flatmate decides not to take the desk).

The small room has a lovely view of the Law and is furnished with a small double bed (3/4 sized), a desk/ dressing table, a vintage wardrobe, shelves above the door for storage space as well as room below the bed.

The flat is in a great location 15 mins walk from Dundee uni, 25 mins from Overgate and 25 mins from Ninewells hospital. There's a bus stop right outside, and free street parking. There’s also a big shared garden. It’s a nice quiet road with stunning views of the Tay and the Law as it’s a top floor flat. Perth road is also a short walk a way, as well as Victoria Park and there is two corner shops 1 mins walk away.
