Room available - Bellefield Ave from June 1

I have one room available in a two-bedroom flat located in Bellefield Ave. The flat is fully furnished and close to local shops, bus routes, and within easy reach of both the town centre and the University of Dundee. It has a large living room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Room photos shown still have my current flatmates’ stuff, which will be cleared out late May.

Rent is £375 a month + bills, which are split fairly. Internet is included in the rent.

A little more about me:

I work as a post doc in St Andrews. I have a very busy schedule, spending most of my time at the uni, sometimes even on weekends. I regularly go to the gym. During my free time, I am quite laidback and up for chats or chill hangouts. I like to keep the house tidy, quiet, and respectful.
