Postgrad student looking for short term flatmate

Hi! I’m a current postgrad student from the U. S. looking for a short term flatmate to sublet a room over the summer until mid August! It’s a double room in a 2 bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Perfect location for another student as it’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the school as well as being directly in front of the Patons Lane bus stop. It’s also super close to all the shops on Perth Rd and only a 3 minute walk from Sainsburys for groceries.
Bills include wifi, gas, electric, and tv license which usually end up being around £75
I’m looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces, but otherwise I’m pretty easy to live with. If you feel like you’d be a good fit and want to see the place in person, just reach out and we can totally set up a time that works :)
