We have a short term fully furnished double room becoming available for 5 months maximum from 6th April 2024 at our 9 bedroom 3 storey Townhouse situated in the heart of Dundee's West End Cultural Quarter just off the Perth Road, which is 30 seconds walk to the university of Dundee campus.
The rent for the room is £600 per month and all your bills are included so there are no hidden costs.
We cater mostly to International students/Post Grads and always have a nice mix of nationalities from the UK and abroad.
Our houses have a quiet, friendly and relaxed vibe and we also have a cleaning company that comes in every two weeks to clean the common areas and bathrooms.
There are two modern, good sized well equipped modern bathrooms (one on each floor) and a spacious well equipped kitchen/diner with lots of cupboard space . We also supply all plates, cutlery pots and pans etc.
There is also a large lounge, separate additional toilet on the ground floor, private front garden and shared rear drying area. There is also free on street parking.
High speed Broadband internet is available throughout the property.
The property benefits from full Gas central heating and instant hot water.
