This is my cosy wee house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room plus a study room which you are more welcome to use and is a nice relaxing space with plenty of books to keep you busy all year round. The Bedroom comes with side table, clothes rail, working desk and is a decent size, .

The property is a 5 minute drive to the city centre or 15 minute walk. There are also bus routes available to city centre regularly 1 minute walk from front door.

All and local amenities are close by including a Tesco, Aldi, Boots chemist. If you are a keen climber there is a new boulder center also located 1 minute walk from the house. Green spaces are easily accessible, Baxter part is 10 minute walk for those important walks in nature.

I am the live in landlord of the house and also work at the University Full-time. This property would suit a Post Grad Student or Staff member who is looking for a quiet and relaxed house share, this is NOT a party house but I do enjoy music, watching films and being sociable.
