Female flatmates prefered. No pets or smokers. Shared kitchen/communal area, shared bathroom, and a communal closet. Council tax not included as we're students.

Located on Perth Road, the 2nd floor flat is is situated in an ideal location. Two bus stops, one right outside the flat (towards Ninewells) and another a 2 minute walk away (towards City Centre). Surrounding are many restaurants, shops, bars, and a Sainsbury minutes way, however the location is serene and quiet. 10-15 minute walk to the University and City Centre.
