First of all I have a Labradoodle dog that will be on property most of the time. So only apply if you loveeeeee dogs. She's a sweet girl but she barks on occasions (because she's a dog) so I'd love my flatmate to love dogs. No patience for those who don't haha
I will just be moving into this flat the same time as you so it's all new to me. Need to figure out bills and all. But at the moment £490 for rent and bills seams reasonable until it's finalised.
Looking for an art student if possible as I'm also an art student but happy for any students to join.
It will be myself my dog and my partner on weekends. He will help with bills also.
I would love to chat and get to know people on WhatsApp video and show you the place in person to see if we are a right fit.
Would love someone who is happy to clean up every now and then, I understand things get messy when busy so I'm not a total clean freak but I like it to be clean to some extent, take turns doing things like taking bins out and cleaning bathroom, someone to make dinner with occasionally but that's not a must. Just overall communication and friendly vibes!
About me: Love having people over for dinners and drinks on occasions, watching movies on the couch, painting, going for walks with the dog, naps, gardening, glass of wine with dinner type of gal. I feel I'm easy to talk to and would love a nice person to join the flat.
