Hey there,
we're a friendly bunch living in a spacious 5 bedroom townhouse and we're on the lookout for a new flatmate to join us.

location perks:
nestled in the DD2 postcode area, our place is ideally situated for convenience and accessibility. Need to run to the shops quickly? Morrissons is just a 2 min walk away. Commuting is a breeze with several bus stops around offering routes to both Abertay and Dundee universities.

About our home :
Spread across three stories, our home boasts plenty of space including a garage, a balcony for those chill vibes and a back garden for outdoor relaxation or study sessions.
The available room is located on the second floor providing a cozy and private space. plus you'll share a bathroom (equipped with both a shower and a bath) on the same floor with just one other person. Fear not about queuing for the bathroom, our home has a total of 4 bathrooms.

Who we are:
Currently, we're all second year university students but we're welcoming to anyone from any year. We are a pet friendly group, and our home also has a cat.
Particularly great for computing students, two of our current flatmates are studying cyber security, and we've invested in the best WI-FI package available to support computing and downloading.

Financials:
Rent is £350 per month.
Bills( Wi-Fi, gas and electricity) come to an additional £50 per month.

What we're looking for:
