Spacious double bedroom in 2 storey house

Hi! We're two dundee university students whose current flatmate has had to move out! We are looking for someone to come in and fill our spare room, and are more importantly hoping to make a new friend! We try our best to keep the house clean and tidy.

The house is beautiful and large with two fully functioning bathrooms, three bedrooms, a large living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. In addition to this we have both a front and a spacious back garden, a large garage, and lots of available parking. It is additionally a 15 minute walk to the uni with bus stops at the top of the lane.

We love to decorate so we are hoping to improve the place and would love for our new flatmate to contribute if they'd be interested. Our interests are crocheting, bouldering, and reading but we love trying and finding new hobbies.

We would prefer for another girl to join our flat as we are both girls and have never lived in a girls only flat and think it would be good fun, but we are open to guys as well.
