Double Room in West End-close to Uni and Ninewells

The flat is within walking distance of Dundee University, as well as Ninewells hospital, but also has a number of bus routes just outside the door to the building.

There's on street parking and haven't had an issue getting a space close to the flat.

The double room is just across from Balgay Park and has a view of the Law from the window.

I am a live in landlord and work within Dundee.
