Double room available- cute and comfortable

I have a furnished double room available, the room itself has a double bed with memory foam mattress and chest of drawers , double glazing and looking over the shared back garden . The area is very quiet with easy parking but still only a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus into town.
My current flatmate is sadly moving out and I am wanting someone to take over the room. Room available from Mid June onwards.
I'm a 31 year old woman and I work 3 days a week from home (my bedroom not the living room ! ). I'm into cooking, arts and crafts, films and walks in nature. I also have one friendly cat that's no trouble at all but may beg for cuddles in the evening:)

Hoping to find a cool friendly person to take over the room around my age. Not too worried if you are a student or professional.
