Looking for a flatmate

We’ve got a four bedroom flat but one of our flatmates is moving out and we need to fill the vacancy for the next academic year, all three of us are 20 and are all at Dundee uni, the flat is extremely close to campus and bills on top of rent are about £50 a month, so the total in bills each month including rent is usually around £450. We need the vacancy filled asap. There’s no deposit but there is a months advance rent payment required by the landlord. The flat has 2 bathrooms and a large ish kitchen/living-room. Photos on ad are of the kitchen/living-room, for photos of the room available, etc just pop me a message. (Not uploading them on the ad as they have been taken recently and are of the room as it is with the current tenants belongings in it)
