Since I'm moving out before my flatmates, my room will be empty throughout May and June during exam season and graduation. Flatmates are both students graduating this year.
It's a small room, but big enough that I've lived here comfortably for the last year, and the price is really good for the area. Fully furnished, of course. Pictures of the kitchen/living room included.
The price of bills fluctuates, but seeing as summer is coming up they'll go down - my best guess would be 30-40 pounds a month + 15 for wifi.
Minimum stay is 1 month, and no longer than June. If that fits your needs, get in touch!
