Room available in DD1 close to city center

Hi everyone! I am looking for a female to replace me in an apartment close to the city center. The flat is less than a 5min walk to Overgate as well as around a 5min walk to the University of Dundee. It’s located close to the Dundee train station and city center bus stops.

It’s a very clean, all female apartment spread out over 2 floors.
This room is located on the upper floor. It has a good size with numerous storage space around the flat. The property has two spacious bathrooms, one on each floor. Therefore you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The bills add up to around 95pounds per person.

Move in day is relatively flexible as I have already moved most of my stuff out.
