Spacious Double Bedroom, Student Flat, No Bills

Room available from 24th May - mid July.
I'm moving out earlier than anticipated and am looking for someone to take my place in the flat over summer.

it is a 5 bedroom first floor flat in Keiller Court, Dundee.

The other tenants will be moving out during May/June so you will have the flat to yourself if you wish to stay for longer. Everyone is super friendly :)

There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living room area.

The bedroom gets a lot of sun in the afternoon and overlooks the courtyard. It's never noisy especially since most students will be leaving.
