Description

This is a spacious 2 floor flat currently lived in by 2 working artists and a student, ages 23-27. I am moving out mid May, after which the room is available.
We’re looking for a new flatmate who is keen to join in the friendly and social environment that this apartment has.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space, we regularly cook food for each other, bring friends around and work on our art projects in the communal rooms.

We are not opposed to living with students but we would prefer non-students as we require all tenants to be able to contribute to council tax.

We occasionally drink and smoke, we don’t have any pets but are happy to make room for small pets if you have any (except cats due to allergy).

The location is incredibly convenient, sitting at the west end of Dundee’s main road shops, pubs, bus stops and the park are at an arms reach. We also have gorgeous south facing views of the river.

Bills: usually they fluctuate between £50 and £80 per month depending on the time of year.
Wifi: £11.60 per month.
Council tax: £40 to £45 per month

We need a candidate to be able to join the lease by the 1st of June.
