Hi! I'm moving out of my current flat and looking for someone to move in with my flatmate (she is a PhD student at St Andrews) from the first/second of June.
The flat is located near the Law. It's about 25 min walk from UoD Dalhousie. It is also 2 min away from bus stops for buses 1 and 22 which are connected to the city centre. The bills are around £60 (inc wifi).
Short term let from June to September is welcome, as well as long term rent.
It is important that new flatmate is LGBTQ friendly!
