Finding new tenant

Hello, my housemates and I are looking for someone to takeover a room in August 2024. Here are some key details:

- The property is located at Peddie Street, DD1 5LY. It's between Ninewells and the main campus.
- It is a 3 bedroom flat, with a shared kitchen and toilet
- Rent is £336 excluding bills (you will need to pay a deposit to the property management company)
- The room is fully furnished (double bed, table, chair, wardrobe, etc)
- Located close to major bus routes (5, 5a, 17, 22). It's a 15 minute bus ride using the 22 bus.
- Currently occupied by 3 Malaysians (1 male, 2 female).

If you’re a working adult, we (me and you) will split the council tax between both of us because another flatmate is a student. I am currently working full-time in the University of Dundee.
