We have a lovely fully furnished double room becoming available at our 9-bedroom 3 storey Townhouse situated in the heart of Dundee's West End Cultural Quarter just off the Perth Road, which is 30 seconds walk to the university of Dundee campus or a 15-minute walk to the Abertay Campus or Main bus station which has regular buses to and from St Andrews.

The rent for the room is £550 per month and all the bills are included so there are no additional costs.

We cater mostly to International students/Post Grads as well as sensible Undergrads and always have a nice mix of nationalities from the UK and abroad.
Our houses have a quiet, friendly and relaxed vibe and we also have a cleaning company that comes in every two weeks to help maintain the common areas and bathrooms.

There are three modern good-sized bathrooms (one on each floor) a lounge area and a spacious well-equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space. We supply all plates; cutlery pots and pans etc.

There is also a private rear garden and free on street parking.
High speed Broadband internet is available throughout the property.
The property benefits from full Gas central heating and instant hot water.
