We have a large fully furnished double room becoming available from 2nd July 2024 at our 9 bedroom 3 storey Townhouse situated in the heart of Dundee's West End Cultural Quarter just off the Perth Road, which is 30 seconds walk to the university of Dundee campus or a 15-minute walk to the Abertay Campus or Main bus station which has regular buses to and from St Andrews.

The rent for the room is £600 per month and all your bills are included so there are no hidden costs.

We cater mostly to International students/Post Grads and always have a nice mix of nationalities from the UK and abroad.
Our houses have a quiet, friendly and relaxed vibe and we also have a cleaning company that comes in every two weeks to clean the common areas and bathrooms.

There are two modern, good sized well equipped modern bathrooms (one on each floor) and a spacious well equipped kitchen/diner with lots of cupboard space . We also supply all plates, cutlery pots and pans etc.

There is also a large lounge, separate additional toilet on the ground floor, private front garden and shared rear drying area. There is also free on street parking.
