-3 bedroom flat on the first floor, there is a shared garden in the back.
-10 minute walk to UoD, around 20 minutes to Abertay Uni. Bus stops are nearby.
-The room is very spacious. It is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and has a big window.
-There's a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen.
-The 2 existing flatmates are students at UoD. They are both very chill and easy to get along with, it's quite a quiet flat.
-The flat is rented through Easylets so they will take care of your application.
