Hi there! I’m seeking a quiet, responsible and tidy individual to let my spare double room to.

Shared kitchen & bathroom

The room is fully furnished with all necessary furnitures.

Some bills inclusive: Gas, internet & water bills, council tax.

However, Electric is pay as you go metre and that only needs to top up whenever it’s needed. The top ups will be paid either on monthly or weekly basis by occupants in the flat.

And lastly, just little about myself, I am quiet, honest, easy going, & hardworking. I am generally tidy and organised and treat everything & everyone with respect. You will find me friendly and considerate and I love to help others.
