The flat is a 5 minute walk to shops along perth road and 20 minute walk in to town. There are regular buses throughout the day.

Council tax is £120 each a month. gas+electricity is around £60 a month ( it varies as we have a top up metre).

I work as a nurse and enjoy socialising in my spare time. I am friendly and tidy around the flat and overall easy to live with. I respect my flat mates space. The flat is a lovely location and would be perfect for a working professional.
