Hello,

Room available across from the Bus station in Magnum House on the 4th floor. The building does have a lift which makes life a little bit easier. It is a spacious room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a small common area with 2 chairs and a small table. The kitchen isn’t massive but there is plenty of space for 2 people to store their things. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage for various necessities. The flat does also have a drier and WiFi is included in the rent.

Electricity isn’t included and comes to roughly £80 per month in total (£40 per person).

The location is amazing for students or professionals with it on Seagate right across from the bus station.

About myself:
My name is Emil. I’m 23. I finished my bachelors and will be starting my masters at St Andrew’s here in September. I do tend to keep to myself most of the time. Myself and the flatmate that will be leaving soon share the various chores in the flat.

I do also work, which means you will most likely be in the flat alone quite frequently.
