The flat is part of a quiet block of respectful working professional neighbours and is safely locked by a main-door entrance.
No parking will be offered however, a free- car park only 5 - minutes' walk away substitutes if needed.

The bedroom comes with all the basic furniture needed and provided in the advert photos including a double bed, study desk chair and mirror, double mirrored wardrobes and bedside table. The rental price will be £600 per month incl all bills i. e Wifi, Gas and Electrics. The flat also includes two toilets.

You will be sharing with myself, (live-in landlord). I have a serious health-condition and work-from home, so would need a flat-mate who is very respectful, quiet and tidy.
I am a 25-year-old Business Graduate who will be starting a masters in September and enjoys reading, music, the outdoors, animals, sports and hanging out with friends. I am respectful of other people's privacy but also enjoy a chat, meeting new people and making new friends. I also enjoy nights in and watching movies.
I do not go out drinking much due to my condition and would prefer someone who is respectful of sleeping hours.

I own a small dog who is one years old and very friendly, for that reason you must be okay with dogs! - she has a very short coat and hardly sheds hair!

I am looking for mature students . Final years of undergraduate, masters or PhD.
