Roommate needed! (West end - Double bedroom)

Hello! My name's Scott and I'm looking to move out of my flat

The flat is located on Scott street, a short walk from Dundee uni (15 mins), and with bus stops nearby for easy access to ninewells or the city centre (although I usually just walk into the town). Also right on the doorstep of the west end and Clark's 24hr bakery, all-round a really nice location to be. The flat was newly decorated and furnished when we moved in 1 year ago, and we've kept the place very clean and tidy over that time. Ample on street parking is available, and I've never had an issue getting my car parked right outside.

The room itself is fairly large with lots of storage. Double bed (only a year old), desk, large double wardrobe, bedside table, big chest of drawers, and also a cupboard in the corner with an extra coat rail inside. There's also another massive cupboard in the hallway for extra storage (it's so large we had a bike in there at one point as well as suitcases). Nice view out of the window of the garden, allotments, and the Dundee Law.

Kitchen is pretty large and currently equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven/stove, big fridge/freezer, washing machine. Living room with two comfy sofas, large coffee table, and glass dining table. Bathroom with electric shower over bath.

My current flatmate (who you'd be living with) is a 2nd year graduate medical student. He's honestly one of the nicest people I know and has been an amazing flatmate, very clean and tidy. Ideally looking for another student to negate council tax (band B).

I'm honestly quite gutted to be moving, but I'm going to be away from Dundee for the next 4 months on placement, and looking to move in with my girlfriend after that. Please feel free to get in touch for any further info or extra pictures/videos.
