Nice spacious south-facing double bedroom onlooking the River Tay in a 3 bed flat first floor with 2 other male students. Flat has one shared bathroom with an electric shower, a spacious living-room, and a large kitchen and utility room. Ideally looking for another student to replace me, as I am moving out for the start of the next academic year. Flat is fully furnished with white goods, and has gas central heating. Bills are not included in the rent price, and usually amount to about £50 per month per person. Room will be available from the 10th but lease agreement may only be signed with Easylets for the 1st of September or October. Would be available to provide a viewing.
