Large furnished double bedroom available to rent for a female in a lovely 3 bedroom house. Room includes a large storage cupboard, double bed, dressing table and bedside cabinets.

The house has kitchen living room and dining room and a back and front garden. There is internet in the house and all bills are included.

There is a hot tub which you may have use of for an additional £50 fee per month.

There is a short term space available at £150 per week or £550 per month. All bills included. I am not looking for a long term house mate.

I am a live in landlord and am a working professional within Dundee.

I am looking for a female flatmate, the room is not suitable for couples or children and no overnight guests are permitted.

I have a small dog and cat at the property so the room is not suitable for those with allergies.

I am easy going and love to cook, my ideal night is socialising with friends or watching Netflix with a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.

There will be shared use of kitchen (including, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc), bathroom and living room and dining room.

The house is fully furnished and the tenant can make use of all kitchen utensils and cooking equipment as long as they clean them after use.

The house is close to the universities, hospital and city center and is close to many bus routes.
