For the personal season, I am seeking someone to replace my tenancy for the 24/25 academic year. It is 10 minutes from Dundee University and 5 minutes from Abertay University! (For StA, it is only 40 minutes for the the whole travel!)

It is a 51-week contract from now to 23 August 2025. It is a premium studio room larger than the classic. It has your own double bed, kitchen, and ensuite bathroom. You will have access to the standard room downstairs, which includes a game table and a study area.

Price: £247 per week = £1000 per month (including all bills, and you can use a code for a 400£ cash return)

Marketgait Apartments has washing machine facilities, broadband, and bills, which are also included in the price, so you do not need to worry about any added extras. The accommodation is near the city centre, which is close to everywhere! Overgate Shopping Mall and Lidl are within a 5-minute walk, and the bus station to St Andrew's is a 7-minute walk.
