Spacious double room in quiet West end flat

Hello - I have a double room available to rent in my flat in Dundee.
I work at St Andrews University and would like to share with someone like-minded for a period of up to 12 months. It's a bit of a commute to St Andrews but you'd be compensated by nice Tay river views from your room - it's also suitable for working from home some of the time. I enjoy travelling, foreign languages, and have moved to Scotland from abroad.
I have shared for many years - and so probably have you! Having recently moved to Dundee, I'm looking to share with someone who is looking to make this flat their home. I'm looking for a calm and relaxed atmosphere where we respect each other's privacy but aren't strangers. Professionals or students both welcome.
The flat is located in the West End, with shops, cafés, etc. and Magdalen Green (park) nearby.
it has a spacious living room, kitchen (with dishwasher!), one large and one small bathroom and is in a quiet area.
Rent is £385/month (incl. internet) + a variable amount for gas/electricity. Move-in date is flexible.
