I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my room starting at the end of September or early October.

The rent is £400 per month, with all bills included it totals £430—a great price for the location and amenities! Council Tax band C.

The flat is perfectly located in the City Centre (DD1), surrounded by shops and conveniences. There are bus stops just a minute’s walk away, and the main bus station is only a 5-minute walk. If you’re a student, the university is a short and easy 15-minute walk from the flat.
