1 spare bedroom furnished with double bed and storage units available in a modern but quaint semi-detached house well situated within walking distance to all amenities. Our house has a lovely, well-kept garden with space to relax, hang laundry and even workout. Asda is a 3 minute walk away and there is a community gym, pool and sports hall literally across the road. Space for 1 more small car in our drive but otherwise there's ample street parking. Broadband speeds exceed 200mbps and are very reliable.
