The available room is a single room in a 2 bedroom flat. The flat also has a large shared living room with a bay window and lots of light,
The flat is about 10 mins from the university just off a lively bit of the Perth road. it is also close to the park. The rent is £350 a month and other costs include half of the bills (gas, electricity, broadband etc) which comes in under £100. TV licence is included for the year.
There is a very nice shared garden and the Tay River and Magdalen Green are a short hop away.
As this is private accommodation rented through a Property Management Company, you will need a deposit of about £450 and a guarantor, so that the landlord can approve you.
