Single room in 2 bedroom flat with living room

Hi, I am a Third (soon to be Fourth) year student studying Philosophy,

I'm looking for a replacement flatmate for a room in the two bed flat that I rent. It will be available to rent together till after the next academic year and then you can keep it, but I can't guarantee a flatmate.

The bedroom has a single bed in it. The flat also has a large shared living room with two sofas, a bay window, a big table and lots of light, There is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. It also has a shower and a bath.

The flat is about 10 mins walk from the university, just off a lively bit of the Perth Road. It is also close to the park, Magdalen Green. The rent is £350 a month as well as other costs include half of the bills (gas, electricity, broadband etc) which comes in around £60, but can vary a little.

The TV licence is not included but if needed I can happily split the cost of one.

There is a shared garden here and the Tay River, Sainsbury's, large Tesco’s Riverside and the centre of town are close by.

About me: I am sociable, friendly and easy going. I love music and arts and medicine. I am happy to leave a flatmate be or to hang out together. I am involved in various clubs inside and outside university mainly - Philosophy, Creative Writing and Medieval Reenactment.

The room is available from June.

As this is private accommodation rented through a Property Management Company, you will need a deposit of about £350 and a guarantor, so that the landlord can approve you. This can be checked out online you need to be a student and registered UK citizen
