Cheap room looking for replacement immediately

Hello! We’ve got one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment for rent available immediately at a monthly rent of £323 with bills averaging £30-£50 pounds. The location is in Dundee, 13 Pitkerro Road, and is located next to two groceries, a GP practice, two Boots stores, multiple takeaways, and is near a gym. There is a bus stop right outside the door with access to the entire city and the bus station is a 15 minute walk, 10 if you’re a tall person lol.

The bedroom for rent is a double bedroom with a closet and a shelf, it also comes with a desk, chair, and a mirror. Videos and photos are available to any who would like to see, just pm me for them, viewings in person can also be arranged.

The current flat consists of two students doing our final year of Undergrad. Neither of us throw large parties but we do have flat movie nights occasionally and enjoy hanging out. We’re looking for a student who is LGBTQ friendly, non-smoker, and tidy.
