Double Bedroom Flat Share Perth Road

Hi I’m a graduate from the University of Dundee looking to move out of the area and are in need of a new flatmate for my current tenants.

Lovely top floor flat with perfect location to University of Dundee and access to city centre/ train & bus stations. Very safe accommodation as student friendly building and area. 10 minute walk to the university and loads of nice little shops on Perth Road.

Shall be living with two female senior medic students so looking for a student, postgraduate or graduate ideally, doesn’t have to be the same degree. Very clean flat with communal living room and bathroom which is kept to a high standard. Tv is welcome to anyone.

Both flatmates are extremely friendly and the only reason I’m moving out is because of a job opportunity so I shall be sad to go.

Haven’t included deposit as I’m unaware of the exact figure but shall be ranging around the £300 mark but can give you all the details if you’re interested.

Little garden area at the back of the building where people have little camp fires in summer which is a nice bonding experience for the building.
