Single room, low rent, in west end

Me and my flatmate are looking for someone new to move in. We are both Abertay students who study computing related courses. We are both gamers who also both love music but don't worry, the walls are quite thick!

We have 1GBPS wifi which is £25 a month each and our utility bills amount to about £60 each. We love chilling in the living room and watching anime, sometimes we like to host parties and we are so down if you do too! However, most of the time we will probably be in our rooms. The walk to the center is about 15 mins and there is a co-op 3 mins away.

We'd prefer someone who's social and has similar interests, loves a night in or out. If you have any questions, shoot me an email! We are looking for someone ASAP.
