Mature student & professionals - community living

Hi all,
I have recently relocated from Bristol to pursue a PhD project on the topic of Urban Design & the co-creation of Dundee’s new Eden project.
I have been continuing my search for the perfect house share.

To be clear, I am viewing this house and would like to buddy up with some house mates.

I have found this ‘6 bed’ property that would be ideal for 5 sharers. Keeping one of the rooms as a shared living and dining area.

I am looking for like-minded mature students or professionals that have an interest in community living. What I mean by this is share responsibility, occasional house meals, gardening, fostering a sense of community while respecting personal space.

A bit about me: I love to be outdoors. I am trained as a designer and landscape architect. I have an allotment, so will provide fresh veg. I host supper club and love to cook for people. I am vegan, however I wouldn’t expect you to be as long as you are happy to taste test my creations. I make sourdough weekly. I paint, knit and craft. I like a night out on occasion however usually prefer wine and games night.
